This is a very durable low luster white metal plating process that gives your pen a subtle and elegant look. It will compliment most acrylics and many species of wood.
An attractive low luster coating. This finish is a baked on enamel coating that is not only very durable, it is very striking as well. It gives a very formal and elegant look with most woods and acrylics.
The plating on this style is rhodium, an exquisite and valuable precious metal from the platinum chemical group. Rhodium is extremely durable; it will not tarnish and is resistant scratching and acids. A favorite of fine pen makers & collectors alike.
T/N is the most durable finish and looks just like 24kt. gold. The process used is called "PVD" (particle vapor deposition) and is absolutely permanent. It will even outlast our guaranteed standard 24kt. gold finish. All T/N pens are stamped with a "T/N" indicia on the pen clip.
The black T/N coating is molecularly bonded (PVD), it is unbelievably hard and durable and will last for many years. It has an elegant appearance of gun metal. It is just as permanent as its Titanium Nitride counterpart.
The chrome finish on our pens is an extremely durable plating. Under normal use this plating should hold up for many years.
We also offer Satin Nickel, Satin Gold, Pearl Silver, and Copper finishes. These coatings are created to provide a beautiful, long lasting matte finish.
